I've heard they're delicious, and I've managed to get some. How do I cook 'em?

I've seen Jamie Oliver coat them in something or the other and deep fry them. Apparently they are delicious.

Hello, my husband is a french chef, he says, you need to stuff the flowers while they're fresh and still open. You can make whatever COOKED stuffing you like, mushrooms, mixed diced veggies, sausage meat, Anything you enjoy, think of it as stuffing pasta shells. You then fold down the tips to close them and lay them side by side in a baking tray, crack some fresh pepper, salt, drizzle some olive oil over them, grate some parmesan cheese perhaps, whatever you have in the kitchen then bake them in medium hot oven for maybe 10 minutes at the most.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to coat them in flour or bread crumbs and then fry them in oil. Hope that helps.

Deep fry them - in or without batter.

very bland, really not worth all the effort of batter etc. Almost as pointless as stuffing mushrooms. :-)
