it sounds like you have a stomach problem, you need to talk to your doctor and have him do some tests and see what's going on. It could be your intestines or your digestive tract.
Try eating HIGH calorie foods and High Carb foods that are good for you as well. Like Yogurt, Pasta's, bagels, bananas, fruits, that sort of thing. But DEFINITELY talk to your DOCTOR ASAP.

I recommend that you see a doctor before trying anything drastic. When I was young I had a hard time putting on weight and when I got older it came on so fast it was tough to control being overweight so seeing a doctor first for his/her advice is needed here.Remember too that if you are not eating a proper balance of foods you are not getting the nutrition, vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy.

everybody is different some people's metabolism is higher and they can eat whatever that want and stay slim... some don't need as much ...unless your doctor is concerned about your weight - then you shouldn't assume you need to gain weight.
People like junk food because it taste so good!
All those carbs. fill you up and that's why you don't eat a lot of healthier foods....

There are drinks on the market that help you gain weight, made for athletes such as football players. There are also dietary pills which make you hungry. Also, fruits with citric acids tend to make you hungrier.

Check with a doctor. I have a similar problem. I am 5'5 and weigh only 91lbs. Like you, I get nauscious, but also, my tummy hurts so bad I can't stand it. Doctors find nothing wrong with me. I think maybe I am allergic to something. If you find out what is wrong with you, will you let me know? Thanks

Don't eat too much, but don't eat too little, either. Why do you think, you're under weight? At GNC shops, there's a powder for weight gain and one muscle building, too.
