i just got finished eating my breakfest and now i feel sick. i promised my mother i would eat it all so i did, so that is what i did. I had Strawberry Poptarts from the toster, Pretzels, a couple of grapes, and a coffee cup of orange juice. i fixed my own breakfest so yeah. what shoould i do to make the sickness go away?

i don't have time to cook my own food, i have to be somewhere in 10 mintues now so needed some fast you @$$ to the girl who told me i need to eat real foods.

Relax. Lay down in a comfortable position. If you like burping, do it. It will ease your discomfort. When you start to feel like you could put something else in your stomach, drink water. It will help with digestion. Don't do any high endurance activities for a while.

That is the worst feeling! I do that about once a week and hate myself for it afterward. Just try to relax, don't move around too much and wait for the feeling to pass. Once digestion starts, it will get better. I would rather be hungry then full...hang in there!!

Drink some ginger ale to bring up the trapped gas, or a can of coke and let the syrup coat your stomach. Just lay on the couch and relax, eventually the pain will stop.

You can also try some alka-seltzer if you have it.

I suggest that lay down and rest for a while until you feel more better. Resting will make the food that you ate digest......don't do some heavy things like jumping or running because it may affect your appendix and results to appendisitis.....I'm sure my idea helps..........

u shoulda eaten real food like eggs bacon and orange jiunce not stuff thats ment to be a snack

walk for at least 10 minutes, this helps digestion..falling asleep gives everyone i know including me bad bloating and other problems...

take 2 fingers...
shove them down your throat...
wiggle them around until you gag....
All the contents of your stomach should start rushing out.
