Lamb with eggplant is a sure bet at an indian restaurant, though I'm not sure how many will have it.
I eat Indian food daily, and daal (lentil soup) can be prepared to any spiciness, as well as all the other dishes. Chicken or beef biryani can be super hot.
the spiciest is probably rogan josh curry, though I don't think the actual taste is that decent.
I have a ton of easy recipes if you need any, just contact me on messenger though my screen name in case you want to try any.
Also, I'd suggest skipping the rice at many restaurants and ordering naan or roti to eat with your meal.

Try Ethiopian cuisine, it is spicy and delicious if you like Indian food you will Love this I promise for a beginner I would advise you to go with a sample platter they give you about 3-4 small portions of different things and you eat it with a spongy bread called injera its quite pleasing, I craved it my whole pregnancy to the point that I would trave 45 minutes on the subway to get it! If you want to know more go to www.EthiopianRestaurant.com

Have you ever tried Curry? Thia resturants have it. The green is usually the least hot, but not always. Be sure to have it on rice, not by itself.
BBQ PORK CHOPS WITH CINNAMON APPLES
By: Kelli McKenrick
Ingredients:
4 thick juicy pork chops
2 cup Italian dressing
4 tablespoons garlic
1 cup barbecue sauce (to taste)
6 apples
2 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Method:
Marinate pork chops in Italian dressing and garlic for about 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Individually wrap each pork chop in foil. Before sealing up the foil, pour barbecue sauce over the chop inside.
Cook the chops for about 20 minutes, or until no pink is showing through.
Peel three apples, chop into pieces and place in oven safe dish.
Cover them with cinnamon, sugar and butter.
Cook them for about 10 minutes at 375, just until soft.
Get out two plates and place apples on each, and then place a pork chop on top of the apples.
As a final touch, add a bit more barbecue sauce
Serves: 4

Try the Fish Head curry then.. its really good (and no, its not something that looks like in Fear Factor or anything lol).
My personal favourite is the Masala Thosai (non-spicy though) its some sort of a huge 'pancake' with potatoes in it and you can eat it with 3 different sauces.

Then spicy mutton mysore (with extra dried chili) or hot mutton vindaloo should satisfy you.
If you are willing to experiment a bit, ask if they have any of these:
1 fish head curry
a fish head cooked in a soupy curry with egg plant / ladies fingers...
2 fried fish eggs
3 fried bitter gourd
if well done, they are crispy! A nice change from potato crisps.
4 dum briyani
where the rice is cooked with the meat and spices together and served with some gravy
5 Pickles...
Pickles can be wonderful, from mango pickles, to lemon pickles, or pickled chili...
You are making my mouth water...
haha

Most Indian restaurants have the option of ordering your food extra spicy. So it doesn't matter what you order, just tell them to make it hot !!

Go for a Thali because then you get lots of little dishes, so you get loads of variety and get to try new things too.
