The sauce tastes sweet and little tangy, with smooth texture. It adds to visual richness too. Commonly found as poured over bitable pieces of fried chiken, fried or roasted beef, boiled pork etc, served on the top of boiled rice.

Hello,

I am in China and do not have access to some (for me) important ingredients such as cheese, sour cream, cream.

So do you have good (family?) recipes which do not include those ingredients?

I can get italian noodles, yoghurt, butter, herbs, etc by the way.

thank you!

This is how I do:
Boil water, add sugar, tea leaves and when all these boil I add milk.
