This was a fruit drink in a tin.
You put a tsp of powder in a glass of water and just stirred.

An article in our local daily paper today.
There has been a tin found in a Kirkwall shop two yrs ago while renavating.
Price still on tin 37p.
And is now stored in a cafe.

It's been quite a while, but I do remember. Oh, that was a great product. I remember reading something in the Chicago Sun Times about a patent infringement, causing the product to be discontinued.

I remember Creamola Foam as a child and if the tin found was with a price of 37p, it must be after 1971 decimalisation. Wish they would bring it back. Think it was made by Nestle.

wow - i loved creamola foam and i'm just pleased that someone else has heard of it!

Whenever i reminisce about this everyone looks at me as though i'm extremely weird - only ever had it in Scotland though and now living in England, don't know if that's the difference?!

Don't you think Red Bull has a similar smell/taste? Not spot on, but nearest thing on the market these days?????

several websites devoted to this wonderful concoction.. Try google?

I drank gallons of the stuff and suffered no ill effects.

Apparently Nestle lost the recipe, if I remember correctly.

Yip! I used to get it when I went to visit my gran. Apparently they are going to analyse the tin they found and possibly reproduce it!
