My brother recently gave me dogs milk to drink (organic) however his dog farm has since been closed down. Where can I get good tasty and nutritious milk now? I'm sick of boring old cows milk and find soya and rice milk taste like toilet water.

Was looking at kegerators in BestBuy, they seem to have good prices. While I like good beer, we are not going to finish a keg quickly. How long will beer stay fresh without going flat or stale?

Today I went to Applebees for lunch and I feel like I ate SO much food! I had a Bananaberry smoothie (nonfat), and a grilled oriental chicken wrap with lots of sauce inside. (i only ate a little more than half the wrap, and i got a side of rice pilaf, which i didn't finish.) Still, I feel like a pig because i'm so full. I don't want to purge or anything(eww), but what should I do for the rest of today? I plan on working out quite a bit!!
