Today I went to Applebees for lunch and I feel like I ate SO much food! I had a Bananaberry smoothie (nonfat), and a grilled oriental chicken wrap with lots of sauce inside. (i only ate a little more than half the wrap, and i got a side of rice pilaf, which i didn't finish.) Still, I feel like a pig because i'm so full. I don't want to purge or anything(eww), but what should I do for the rest of today? I plan on working out quite a bit!!

Oh come on. You know you didn't do to bad! But if you must fret and stew over every bite that crossed your lips.....drink plenty of water the rest of the day and flush your system. Take a nice long evening walk and if you feel hungry tonight eat some fruit or veggies.

And learn to enjoy yourself and not fret, you are allowed to enjoy yourself once in a while. Geez. Are we a drama queen or what?

Relax and drink lots of water. Stretch out don't keep your belly all constricted. Got a lazy boy??

If you take a brisk walk, the activity will speed up your metabolism and your food will digest faster, then have a lighter dinner.

Take it easy. If you work out to hard you could throw up. You should probably wait until tomorrow to work out.

umm....sit on ur couch and feel sorry for urself because u made a dumb decision....
i would just eat less the next day...even tho i know that wont happen but whatever!

Just don't eat much at dinner... even skip it if you're still feeling full.
