It will be fine to freeze them. If you don't cook all the douhg, make it into a log shape and wrap it in wax paper. Then freeze it and whenever you want a cookie, cut an end off or 2 and bake it!

I would freeze the dough myself. You can actually place balls of dough on a cookie sheet and freeze them. After they are frozen you can put them in a bag or something. This will help them keep from freezing together in a big blob and you can take out just a few dough balls at a time and always have fresh baked cookies.

Yes you can freeze cookies. Some cookies after being frozen get to be chewy though after you take them out of the freezer and the moisture gets into the cookies. So if your intention is to keep the cookies crunchy, then I wouldn't advise putting them into the freezer.

you can feeze them, but make sure its an airtight container or they will pick up the taste of the freezer.... frozen cookies that are already baked can be kept frozen for six months...
frozen cookie dough in an air tight container will keep well for about a month... but when you thaw it and bake it your cookies will taste better than they will frozen then thawed. so i would only bake what i needed and freeze the dough... that way the cookies taste better when you thaw the dough and bake it will be like baking fresh cookies...
it just tastes better, but cookies do freeze well...

Freeze the dough in batch portion in a log roll like how toll house cookies are sold in the refrig section. wrap in plastic wrap and when you want to use open up the plastic wrap and slice and bake as normal--just like making your own from the store butso much better.
