I was really hungry too! So I went to CVS/Pharmacy and bought a pack of the wax stick candy (like the wax bottles only in stick form) and i am eating or drinking those rather. i know it is not much, but just the taste of something makes me feel less hungry. you should try these so you will not ruin your dinner!

I think you should give yourself some "You" time and go get urself a milk shake. Ahh, so good. If you are hungry enough, get urself something special like a chef salad or a big juicy burger. MMmm. Now I'm hungry. And I just ate lunch!! :)
