You shouldn't be offering your pet "people food" in the first place. Pet food is formulated to meet the pet's dietary needs and giving them human food isn't good for them.

no. I have a pet rat. I offer him fresh fruit, veg, and generally healthy foods all the time. Sometimes he takes, sometimes he dont. Same with sweet stuff and junk food. Its like humans. Depends what mood theyre in. Sometimes they want tomatoes, sometimes they want potato chips. Although offering your cat lettuce may prove futile.

I wouldn't worry about it too much! Unless you are eating something really crazy! Lots of dogs don't like certain things. There aren't many dogs who will eat "anything".
