Are they playing a joke on us? Don't they know we could make them at home if we tried? But still we buy one every day no matter how much they charge us....

You know the product you make chipped beef with. I prefer to use the Buddig product . But sometimes I buy the jar product, you just have to rinse the salt away. Yes, I make Chipped Beedf on Toast or baked potato.

Why does chocolate get that white film over it. Does that mean that it is old? gone bad? It's not mold... I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. You go to a convenience store and get some reeses peanut butter cups and they're all white on the top. Ew. Why is that?

I have a molcajete and would love to use it, but it never stops crumbling. Are there any websites where I can purchase one that doesn't crumble? If they're all supposed to crumble, for now long must it crumble before it can actually be used? If this one doesn't stop, I'm throwing it away.

on a food note, does anyone know what those things are called....it's like a an extremely thin pancake, but the consistency is more that of a waffle...like it's eggy...and rolled inside is i think ricotta cheese. so it looks like an eggrolle, but the outside is the waffle/pancake thing, and the inside is filled with ricotta cheese. usually they're served for breakfast, with waffles, whip cream and strawberries....they're really good. but i can't think of the name! does anyone know?
