Haha I actually kept record on one tootsie pop when I was about seven. I think like, 1600 licks or something. Something around there.

Depends on your intention. You could draw it out to a vast number or try to do it all in one shot. I've tried as a kid but one crunch is really pushing it. Maybe one and a half is the quickest possible, at least for me it was.
