on a food note, does anyone know what those things are called....it's like a an extremely thin pancake, but the consistency is more that of a waffle...like it's eggy...and rolled inside is i think ricotta cheese. so it looks like an eggrolle, but the outside is the waffle/pancake thing, and the inside is filled with ricotta cheese. usually they're served for breakfast, with waffles, whip cream and strawberries....they're really good. but i can't think of the name! does anyone know?
