How do you use the grinding caps on the spice bottles from elements-of-spice?

Oh, thanks, Sugar PIe. I had never noticed the little cap on top. I thought the whole cap was one piece.

Pop the little cap off (sorta inset on top), turn bottle upside down over what you want to season, and twist remaining cap opposite of the way you twist hte bottle.
