My wife drinks around 3 litres of water a day, but she doesn't like it plain, only carbonated.

At around 75p per litre for the bottled stuff you can buy in supermarkets, this costs £16 per week.

We have been making our own with Soda Stream, a company that was very popular around 30 or 40 years ago, but now it is becoming extremely difficult to buy the gas cylinders. The only company that now sells them is Robert Dyas and most of the time they are out of stock.

Does anyone know of an alternative?

i have this habit of eating ice...i eat loads of ice....like arnd 500 cubes in a day...
i wanted to ask tht whther it can harm me in anywayz or its juz normal....cud it generate any disease in me or is it a sign of sumthing abnormal???

Frosted with whipped cream/coconut pudding/with coconut in it, and cherry pie filling on top. So, tell me, isn't this a balanced breakfast? You have your already mentioned benefits from the chocolate, flour, eggs, fruit, cream... yeahhh,... what more could you want?
