I like to eat fish but I've been told that Tuna and mackrel have high levels of mercury in them and that salmon is all too often farmed and is not really all that good for our health.

My wife suffers from Diverticulitis or irratable bowel ! Any good recipe's?She is starving for a good meal?

Where can I get decaf green tea for cheap? Preferably in bulk. A discount store perhaps?

Wal Mart, Possibly, but I'm thinking a second round type store like Big Lots where it's even cheaper than Wal- Mart.
