You'd have to specify WHOSE mocha espresso drink you're talking about. For example, do you mean Starbucks, or elsewhere? The nutritional info varies a LOT, depending on what type of milk is used (whole, low-fat, 1%, nonfat). The type of chocolately flavoring used would also have something to do with it, I'd expect. But mainly it's the MILK!
