Some drink a cup early in the morning to wake up. Some drink it at work, where it is air conditioned. Some drink iced-coffee in the summer. The problem being caffeine is dehydrating (like alcohol), and should be used sparingly especially when the weather is very hot.

Sorry , your Question isn't clear.Do you mean drink the coffee at 100c ? This I have never heard of, but one does need hot water for the coffee to fuse.
