Should i just ake it out of the recipe?
Will it taste the same?

Hi Princess - you can use any extract (not artificial), coffee, 1/8 cup of flavored liquer, orange (or any kind of juice), and mix in the other ingredients (powdered sugar, etc.). If you make the frosting recipe and leave out the flavoring, it will just taste like sugar, and not as tasty.

You can make frosting without vanilla - but many of the recipes call for it. You may want to substitute brandy or a liquor, or perhaps another flavor extract.

I have made frosting using almond extract or banana flavoring works great

It won't taste vanilla-y. But it will work. It will just be a generic kind of "sweet" flavor.
