Wal Mart, Possibly, but I'm thinking a second round type store like Big Lots where it's even cheaper than Wal- Mart.

I've actually seen it at the 99 cent store...most of those stores, Dollar Tree, $.97 cent store carry a lot of the things you find in a regular store but for so much cheaper because they too buy it in bulk!

A store that sells most of its items in bulk for cheap... like Sam's Club. Sam's Club is basically Walmart without the rednecks.

Forget Price Club and Costco. Call Celestial Seasonings directly and ask them to sell you a single box or two at wholesale price. Money is money; they most likely will not turn you down.

Your best bet would be a Co-op, or health food store.
