Frosted with whipped cream/coconut pudding/with coconut in it, and cherry pie filling on top. So, tell me, isn't this a balanced breakfast? You have your already mentioned benefits from the chocolate, flour, eggs, fruit, cream... yeahhh,... what more could you want?

I think that sounds completely balanced. Now have a big meat lover's pizza for lunch. It has bread, veggies (ask for mushrooms), meat, dairy and is very healthy too.

You won't have time to make the pizza yourself as you've eaten so much chocolate this morning. Chocolate makes us feel loved and you may spend the whole morning sitting in the corner gratefully cuddling yourself.

After an afternoon nap.... Remember, sleep is vital to our health, it'll be suppertime. How about a big bowl of broccoli cheese soup. You're a little shy on dairy so far today. Then, another one bowl wonder that so many discount. Have a biiiiig bowl of beef stew with extra salt. Lots of beef (protein), minerals, and vegetables. You can't get enough vegetables. Garlic bread with lots of butter. It's the good fat. Do not get too active after supper. You want your food to digest properly.

We seem a little short on fruit servings....have a banana split for dessert right before bed while sitting on the couch watching Saturday Night Live.

You'll sleep like a baby.

(Awe shucks Ma'am...you're welcome, glad I could help)

Of course it is balanced! Maybe just a wee bit heavy on the sugary side, but if you eat it before the sun comes up the calories don't count.

Did you drink a glass of milk with it?
If so, then you had a well-balanced meal.

So when's lunch?
