Never had Jamaican food and the way that you're talking it sounds good but until then I prefer Mexican food (way hot and spicy).

3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed

2 large tomatoes, chopped
3 scotch bonnet peppers, small hot colourful peppers chopped finely, discard seeds (make sure to wash your hands well after finishing with peppers...don't touch your face)
