Singles & Dating - 1 December 2007

Is it because I use foul language? Is it because when the waitor ask's us what we wan't I always reply with "WHAT?"? Is it because I always have to drink a beer? Is it because I always talk about the movie Condemned even though it was absolutely horrible? If I wan't to ever get on the second date, should I change my ways? Or were they just never the right women for me?

u think even a popular guy who is realy crazy and loud with everybody can get shy and talk realy little with a girl he likes??or does he just....not like her at all??? cuz thats what a guy is doing to me and i never did anything to him,,,,we spoke normaly....but after break,,,boom and he is always standing 10m near me,,,,yet he doesnt come to talk to me when he is with the group..WHY?

Well most guys wont get this i dont think well anyway, i have been looking to the past alot and thinking about my last girlfriend and it has been like 3 months since we broke up and i dont know what to do. I feel like crap and i dont know if its that i have too much time on my hands or i still care for her but i am so confused and i cant stop regreting things that i did. I know i need to let it go but i cant for some reason and i dont know what to do! Help please, if you can give me any advise i would be very happy to hear it!

Like say your singles for so many years and all of a sudden your on a date and it just happened?Not really just happened , you were waiting for some time and suprise today is the day?I know someones life can change in an instant with tragedy like a freak accident(you got run over walking down the street)and now your paralyzed. I broke up with my boyfriend a week ago because i felt that we didn't have that connection anymore. I didn't feel special about him, he was just like any of my guy friends. But now whenever i see him i really really want to hug him, hold his hand, or make out with him. Is it normal to have such a strong physical attraction? Because when i think about it sometimes i get confused n think that maybe i do still like him. Help please?

right i think ive just got out of a relationship that ive been in since i was 15/16 with a guy i still adore, he is being silly at the moment, wanting a break and stuff!! anyways
over 4 years i have gotten quite dependant on him, and now im pretty much lost i dont know what to do with myself, i dont really have many close friends and im quite shy (however i am working on this cos i compete in loads of beauty pagents!!)
nywys what do u suggest i do, im not into random sex (in fear of aids n stds n other nasties) but i wanna meet new people go out more and find some best mates any ideas?

first, I'm a non-smoker, he smokes constantly... like 6 cigarettes every 3 hours. Usually 2 at a time (one after another), another thing that drives me up the wall, is that he thinks it's okay to cuss around his older kid who is 10 years old... he likes to drink beer (like 6-7 at a time) at this does not affect him. I like his kids, they are great, he has a 3 yr old son too... At least he does his smoking outside. He talks constantly, and when I listen, he thinks I"m not listening and questions me about what he just said. He is living in an apt with his two boys, and I have offered to have them stay at my house on many occassions just to get him out of his tiny 1 bedroom apt with his kids. I spent the whole day over at his place today with his 2 kids, and he said "I know you are itching to get out of here"... During that time, I played ball with his 3 year old boy, and watched his older son play a video game on his X-box. He talked for over an hour to his friend on the phone...

I have a guy friend of mine. and we were very good friends at first. then i felt like i have something for him and i told him so. He said that if it doesnt work out in the long run, we both will be hurt, so we better stay as friends. its been almost an year now and i still do love him alot.
but i feel like i have given him too much attention and now he's not pretty much interested in me. its like i have lost him. i always initiate contact and he talks to me ok, but unenthusiastically. I dont want to lose him but i think i am, little by little. Is it bad to show a guy that you care?? Or is it good never to pay attention to any guy, giving a meaning that you are not easy to get?? If so then, then wheres the line between love and flirting??

i met my boyfriend at a friends party and we really clicked. a month later we were going out.

its been about 2 months since we've been going out so its 3 months since i first met him.

and he treats me like a princess, well a goddess as he calls me. his always telling me how lucky he is and how perfect i am. he loves to hold me and when we touch each other its magical.

well we've been talking about it and i think were ready to 'make-love' as he loves to call it. but my friend thinks were moving to fast.

i have been fussin over a guy i knew for 4 years and then i moved and never really saw or spook to him until i saw him maybe 2 years ago and still didn't ask for a contact number,. then i sent his grandparents two seperate letters asking if they could give him my email(i lived next door to his grandparents, not him). not a word from them in maybe a year. now my parents are saying that i should call them personally asking if i could have his number. should i? or should i just leave him alone. i don't want to seem annoying.

About 2 & a half years ago I met a guy.. we instantly had a connection and fell in love....i seriously didnt think anything would ever be able to come between us but after about 2years he broke up with me for another girl. I got back with him after that because my feelings for him are so strong and I always forgive him for everything..... Well i screwed myself over because he left me again. Everytime he says how sorry he is and how no girl compares to me & that I'm his soulmate...We started talking again a few weeks ago but i'm starting to think he was only using me because I just found out he's dating someone else again! He has hurt me so bad and it sucks because i've let this happen... I dont know how i could love someone so much who has left me so many times...It also hurts because apparently he really likes this new girl. I really want to move on with my life and forget him its just hard knowing that we used to be so great...What would you do if you were me?

im 18..yes i know too young to be worring about this stuff but it seems as though everyone around me is able to hang on to their specail someone for at least a year at a time..then theres me who can barely make it to the 7 month mark. i alwasy have these guys that are like "ur a sweet girl ur beautiful ur nice i feel like i can tell u anything" but then it never works out for one reason or another. in the last 2 months iv had 2 guys in my life one who was my "boyfriend" for 2 weeks and he "had no time for a relationship" and another guy who i had been seeing for a while who "doesnt want a relationship right now"....iv had it with men i cant stand them anymore i cant stand to have my heart broken again,,,yet i hate being alone. sorry for the ranting

Have you ever wanted to date someone soo badly but couldn't because they were dealing with too much at once? I am facing that now with a guy that I really like. He is a truck driver with 2 kids by 2 different women. His schedule leaves little if any time for me. I've tried being his friend but I can't because I want more.
