I have been told that you can't help who you love. You just love. I don't know if that's true or not because so many levels of love exist. But I do believe when it comes to the true, everlasting sort of love it is a combination of what your heart tells you is true and what your mind tells you as right. I don't think you can have true love unless your heart and your mind are in agreement.

We all know people who become involved with someone that is not good for them but won't leave them because they love them, even though they know rationally that it's going to end in disaster. To me that's not real love. For me, my heart has to feel it and my mind has to tell me that it's real and that it's good for me. If they are not in agreement, then I know it's time to walk away.

I think if more people would understand that there would be fewer people on Yahoo asking questions about whether or not they should stay in bad relationships.

the genuine love is a union between 2 innermost souls that pass nonetheless a transcendental 2nd (like an orgasm). This experimental 2nd is supernatural previous all 'thoughts', and you experience a particular happiness and emotional or religious fulfillment. So genuine love does not take place interior the guts or interior the suggestions. genuine love is an purpose journey, no longer a subjective one as thoughts. it fairly is the superb 'good judgment' answer or it fairly is the organic way that sometime you are able to bump into on your existence. You look to me too youthful.

We love with the heart, we lust with the mind. If we even tryed to feel (not comprehend, but FEEL) emotion with our heads, they would quite simply explode. Emotions on a physical, psychological, and spritual level are to complex to be reduced to electrical impulses. Also, it follows that if the place of love is the heart, then love must flow through that point.

the heart is the organ that makes the blood do it's thing in the body... the only thing you can really FEEL with your heart are physical things (eg pain).
every thing else is thoughts made by your mind.... we then translate them to mean different things. often a physical feeling will associate with many thoughts of a particular variety which for example, we call love.

People can fall in love with both their heart and mind. Its a matter of which they listen to more. Through logic or through feelings. I fall in love with my feelings. Hearts are unpredictable, after all.

Quite literally, its in the mind and the heart has nothing to do with love in the least (aside from the fact that it keeps you alive... but so does your bladder)

My heart pumps blood, not much thinking being done there.

Love is all mind. Its realizing (thinking) that you would do anything for someone. That you have seen your partner at their absolute worst, weakest, and you still have an overwhelming affection for them that is so strong you would wipe their butt for them.
