HELP
i have a major crush on this guy, and his friends all say thet he likes me......... i want to go further with him, but my friends dont want me to
They basically think he is a idiot who only wants attention, but they dont know him like i do... he is really sweet and funny

You need to do what your heart says. You are NOT dating your friends! If everyone went around caring what everyone else thought about what they did or said etc. everyone would be crazy!!!!! I would DEFINATELY not let this opportunity pass you by because your "Friends" dont like it... WHO CARES ... You gotta do what you gotta do! At least TRY and if it works out then, AWESOME!!! However, if for some reason it doesnt work out then WHO CARES.... its totally ok because at least you tried and thats all you can do! AGAIN, follow you're heart.... NOT your friends opinions! Live YOUR LIFE, not the life your FRIENDS what you to live!

im currently in the same situation i like this guy && my friends dont want me to like him && keep tellin me i can do better && all this stuff but i rlly like him so i say screw what they think
follow your heart but bring your head to
they are prlly juss lookin out for you
you dont want to ruin there relationship tho so you gotta tell your friends what you feel for this guy && hes not who they think he is

To HECK with your friends. Let me tell you I lost a great girl in college because he friends didn't like me for some reason. I treated her great like a total queen. I did everything with her that she asked of me and would go out of my way to help her out. Then just as quick as we met and got to be really close over 3 years she was gone and never to be seen again. Her friends would pressure her to go out with other guys and stuff. I just kind of made myself scarce and just dropped back. It was totally her decision to do what she did but then she ended up regretting it. Kind of hard to find a guy who will go out of their way to help you out no matter what and also not judge you no matter what. SUCH ARE THE BREAKS IN LIFE !!!! GOOD LUCK do what you want to do not what your friends want you to do !!!!

I had this happen, and I went ahead and had a relationship with the guy.. My friends came around and knew that if they wanted to be around me they would have to deal with him. When all said and done they came around and got use to him. True friends will be there for you no matter who you are with.

You should do what you want to do. If your friends really care about you then they would want you to be happy. Only if your sure about the guy though.

sometimes, we see things things that our friends dont and vice versa. Why don't you ask your friends if you can go further with him so you can actually see for yourself what they mean. and tell them that if their right, you'll let it go... sometimes it's better to listen to your mind than your heart.

usually friends now best..
if my friends have a bad feeling about a guy i listen to them because they are always right..they know me too well.
so if i were you id listen to my friends and stay away.
find someone friend approved.

exactly they dont know him llike you do, just tell them that if you havent already. although your friends may be right if you like him you have to try, if you're wrong, thats ok, if you're right, then yay.
