i believe that if you start making eye contacts with him, he will eventually feel that you have somthing for him. Then after if he isn't a passive person, he will eventually talk to you.

make more than just eye contact. try talking to eachother. see if there is any chemistry. if there is then go from there, if not, then move on.

ya thats what a guy did to me when he liked me..... i was just being my good old self..and be confident. they like that.
