Only if you are both at the legal age of consent in that state. For instance, if you are 17 and she is 20 yet the age of consent is 18 it's not ok. However wait until your birthday, and now it's 18 to 21, suddenly it's ok. I don't get it really but my brother is 21 and dates a 38 year old, so I think 3 years is A-OK.

well if you if ur like 15 and she is 18 there might be something off with her cause if she is a senior - fresh in college and she is going out with an 8th grader -frosh its a bit off i mean i can see a older guy dateing down but not a normal girl unless she is kinda wired not going to lie lol are dosent matter i think once your in college other than that the maturity scale phisicly and mentaly is off

depends on how young u both r? in reality doesn't matter its only a number and as long as u get along that's all that matters, i was yrs with fella who was 7 yrs younger then me so don't worry about it and go 4 it
