Singles & Dating - 16 August 2007

I was with their father for five years, and we split in December. He hasn't spoken to us since then, which has really impacted my daughter a lot. I have a lot more to consider now. When should I let my childern meet a guy I am dating? What type of activities should we do together? Also, how will she feel if it doesn't work out with him...I am pretty confused as you can probably tell. I would appreciate any and all advise. Thank you!

I Have a boyfriend at the current time he is locked up for fighting (not nothing to do with drugs) anyway I he has been locked up for awhile, and I have been kind of lonely. So the other day I went out with a guy who I have been talking to for a couple of months. I haven't kissed him or anything we talk every night and we hug sometimes when we see each other. Is this cheating?

I met this guy recently that has custody of his 2 small kids ages 2 and 3. Anyway, we were planning to go to this event which I figured that his kids were coming along with us anyway. Anywho, he was telling me that he couldn't find a babysitter and didn't know what he was going to do. Well, I told him to bring them along and he asked me if I was ok with that. I have no problems because its a package deal and plus I really wanted to spend time with him anyway. I met his children before and they're so cute and I like them - well I like children anyway.

My question is - Was I being selfish for wanting his kids to come along with us just so I can spend time with him even though I don't have a problem with them comimg with us?

We've been dating over 1.5 years and for the past 2 weeks we've been unhappy mostly my issues I suppose. Anyways he's moving up here to go to college and so i think it's stress, financies, family, etc. We kept fighting and i asked him what he wanted. We love each other so much and he wanted a break. Not a sleep with other people but not talk or see each other break to reasses everything. I said no but then said do it because it's important to him. Now I can't seem to get on. I'm still crying hours later and I want to contact him. What should I do? I don't want a break and just want to see him and help him move into his apartment! It sounded like a good idea until now and I'm clueless, is a break the right thing to do, should I call and disagree? Our current deal is I won't do anything and he'll call when he's ready but I can't do that. ....HELP!

Someone I know saw someone for awhile and during that time they they thought it was good, however, it did not last. Over time, they realized that it was wrong and they were used. For whatever reason, they still talk to this person from time to time. It seems pathetic to go back and be on speaking terms with that person and looks like they did not really regret it.

I was hanging out with my buddy at the park and we were playing basketball with these kids we know from school. Well low and behold the girl of my dreams was hanging out with her friend their and was sitting with us while we were playing. You have to realize that everyone wants to go out with this chick cuz now shez recently single.....well the worst thing eva happened!! the asshole that was covering me (we dont like each other as ur about to find out) PANTSED ME!!!! Right in front of her..and i had no shirt on but just my TIGHTY WHITIES!!! If that isnt bad enough when he pantsed me i was trying to make a move to get open and accidently slipped out of my shorts completely!! He then pursisted to grab my shorts and hold on to them just to continuely embarrass me!!! Well it gets worse, as i stood their i actually (dont know why) got a ***** (i cant believe i did that in front of her!) well i was so freaked out by getting one i jus ran to my car and drove off! how am i eva going 2talk2her?

Im not happy with my face apperance but I dont think im too too ugly. Everytime I encounter A mirror I keep doing face expressions or stances to make myself look better but sometimes it doesnt work. What is this called?? Its even hard when I excercise because I feel Im going to look the same when I loose my weight and feel like its not worth it. In June, I met a guy, Aaron, at my friend's, Lauren, birthday bonfire. He was really cute, but I was too shy to say anything. I told my friend that day and left since I had work early the next day. In July, I ran into him again unexpectedly. I went on a walk with my guy friend Chris with his dog and we ran into Aaron. Aaron and I jsut waved to each other but that was it because the dog took off. At the end of July, Lauren told me that Aaron also thought I was cute. I got really excited because I thought he'd be into my sister instead of me. Last weekend, I saw him again at the movies. I wanted to go over and talk to him, but I was with my mom. I feel like I was given all these chances to make a move, but I didn't. I restricted myself. Okay so last night, my boyfriend and I went out to see the new Bourne movie (Which was fab!) We sat in the car afterwards and just chatted for a while.
Before we knew it, our t-shirts were on the floor and we were in the back seat going crazy. (Perhaps it was seeing so much action in the movie that did it? ) Anyways, he took off my bra and gripped me so tightly and so hard.
It was great, but this morning I woke up and my breasts are bruised. It's like I've been beaten, but it wasn't like that at all..

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can get him to be more gentle? How can I know how hard is TOO hard? As I loved the feeling at the time....

Okay so my boyfriend thinks i'm a virgin because thats what i told him...but the truth is that a couple of years ago i got forced to have sex/raped and i hadn't told him about that. I dont tell anyone, its not something i like sharing. I was obviously going to tell him but i wanted the time to be right...I have no idea where from but he confronted me that he knew that i was lying about being a virgin. So i just told him the truth (this was through texting)...He FLIPPED out, hes not even replying to any of my other texts right now or answering his phone.

i have this great boyfriend .. he understands me well,, he knows what's going on in my mind,, he knows how 2 calm me down when am angry,, basically >> he knows me well !
although i have other guy friends,, no one understands me like he does ..
but the problem is that i find it a bit hard 2 communicate with him .. he's a bit strict about how i dress & where to travel & who am i with ..
