there's this guy that i've known for quite awhile. it seems as though all i am, ever was, or ever will be is a booty call to him. but if this is the case, why does he stare at me so much? when we were in high school, my friend told me that he was ALWAYS staring at me. I heard staring is one of the signs that a guy likes you. However, why does he use me for sex, but then stare at me all the time?

I don't really ask too much of my boyfriend of 5 years except go to work, take out the trash, and spend some quality time with me. But falling asleep in the movies does not qualify. He tells me it's because he's tired from work but how was he able to go out to the club with his boys the night before and stay out til 1am? I don't tell him to be in at a certain time, I don't expect him to do housework, I do his laundry, buy him video games, and I don't yell at him when he leaves the toilet seat up. So is it too much to ask that he stay up through a movie? And it's always action movies, never chick flicks. Am I over reacting?

I am not looking to get bashed, just opinions. Do you think women don't like nice guys because they'll have nobody to yell at if the guy is doing what he is supposed to? Women say they want a guy to do all of the manly things and remember all of the important dates, but continue to date the total opposite. It was just a thought of mine, and I could be wrong. Let me know your opinion.

so every friend that is a girl that i have says im an awesome guy who knows how to treat a lady w/ respect yet does not wanna go out w/ me at all, they all just wanna be friends with me. so they choose to go out w/ guys that dont respect them or treat them badly (not all of them do this). i know that girls wanna go out w/ a bad boy and that im the type of guy that they would marry. but i would like to have some experience in my life before i get married.

dont get me wrong im still really outgoing and stuff like that it just doesnt come out when it involves girls and i dont let people walk all over me and use me.

so i was wondering why do some girls go out w/ a guy that doesnt respect her or a guy that treats her bad? why dont they pick the "nice guy"?

I currently feel a deep void in my heart. I'm a young girl, whos never really had her heart broken and yet I feel as if I can't love someone I wish I could. I don't feel that warm feeling for my BF that I used to feel. I know I wouldn't die for him. Yet I know I want to spend the rest of my life with my BF. I know I would be with him still even if he accidently (not out of affair) contracted an STD, I know I want children with him. I know that maybe even he did cheat I'd still be with him. Yet, my heart feels empty. I told him yesterday I don't love him, and his reaction has torn me apart. I feel cruel and devoid of normal human emottions. Now he doesn't want to be with me, but claims to still love me, but doens't want to be a fool. I want to love him, but I think I'm just incapable of loving someone. I just don't think I'll ever feel that warm feeling in my heart like we had in the beginning ever again.....

Ok, so I recently found out that the guy i have been in love with for 4 years has felt the same way about me. His best friend is my ex boyfriend. My exboyfriend and I dated for around 6 years and for the past couple of years I have developed feelings for his best friend. My ex is rotten, he lied and cheated on me the entire time we dated. Well recently I was with this guy im in love with and we kissed and stuff and just talked about everything. He wants to spend the rest of his life with me but he doesnt want to lose my ex (his best friend) as a friend becasue they have been best friends forever. He told me that me and him cannot go anywhere from here. I know he wants to and I want to more than anything else in the entire world. You should be with the one you love right? So what is some good advice for me and him? Should we wait and see where it goes or should we confess to everyone and see where that goes?

I notice alot of fat computer guys who on their myspace profile put porn stars/strippers. They make banners for these girls and graphis and leave them messages telling them their hot, then these girls have them doing their web pages, these guys think they have a shot cause these girls converse with them, do they realize their laughing so loud at these jerks??

He is 33, I am 32, He runs a bar, I sell houses for a living. He is recently separated and has three kids. I've never been married nor have any kids. We both have similar taste in music (which is apparently a very important issue for both of us), he is fun, smart, cute, and simple, he is opinionated but open minded as well. He listens to me, and said my smile fits me well.

The difficult part is that he just got separated (claims to be very happy about it), and he is quite focused on raising his three kids (which I applaud). I need to know how to proceed, I don't want to come onto him too strong or do nothing about it. I truly like him.

i was with my ex bf for 2 years.we were happy together but he loved more than i did.i wanted him as my best guy friend not my bf but he really liked me.i broke up because i didnt want to hurt him and didnt want him to think of me that much.i wasnt sure if i loved him or not so i decided to broke up and dont hurt him more.but he said you can always come back and im your friend forever.
after a year i met another guy,the one i was looking for.i really love my bf and he loves me too.unfortunatly he wants to go abroad with his family and maybe never come back.

I was talking to my male cousin about dating in general, and the topic of preferred weight came up. He said something that I found interesting... That he feels he HAS to date thinner girls to maintain his status with "the guys." Now, he is not in the popular crowd or jocks or anything, he just hangs out with normal guys in a normal-sized crowd. He said if he was less social or less concerned with what his group would think of him, he would LOVE to date a bigger girl (not HUGE, but just chubby). He claims that he find them: "more comfortable to bang" (his words, obviously), better cooks (and just appreciate a good meal more), and less vain.

I find this all really odd, because I've always just assumed that guys preferred thinner girls... but is there some kind of social stigma with being the guy "dating a fat girl" that makes guys feel they HAVE to date the thinner girl?

Let me know what you think... Or if my cousin is just crazy... :)

I'm single and i'm interested in a certain male friend of my sister's partner, but i've only spoken once to him and that was more than a year ago. I would like to meet him again but i don't know how, since my sister's partner doesn't have much contact with this man anymore. Just take a walk at your local shopping mall. Statistically, in 7 out of 10 couples, women usually have a beast attached to their arm. The other 3 out of 10, the guy is just "ok" looking, still uglier than the girl.
Girls claim "we see guys for who they are on the inside" blah blah blah. In most of these cases, the guys have worse personalities than their looks. Why do girls keep their standards so low? Guys would step it up a bit if you seriously expected more from them.
