You can't make someone feel anything, but you definitely can help them out. Tell him or her that God made them the way they are for a reason, and they are beautiful no matter what. Everyone is beautiful the way they are- there is no "right" way to look.

You can't 'make' someone feel anything. All human reaction is a choice. If you want to know how to help someone increase their self-esteem. Try putting them into situations where they are set up for success.

Damn your hot... A guy or girl that tells them they are hot or looks good what ever you know what i am saying.If that doesn't work make friends with someone that is ugly and than you will think damn i am sexy.
