I broke up with my boyfriend and soon after I wanted him back. He wants to stay friends said he doesnt want a relationship right now, he tried it and it didnt work.. now college is coming up for the both of us and he said we should stay friends..I said def.

is this good he thought about it for 3 days and than got back to me

It seems that the guys I date are either sex crazy and run after the first date when they don't get what they want, or so terrified that they won't even initiate a kiss. Aren't there guys out there who are somewhere in the middle. I want a guy to feel close too, physically and otherwise -- but I also plan to wait until i'm married (or at least headed there) to have sex. Are there any guys who want or at least respect that?

i like this guy who i used to go to school with and i don't have is phone number i really like him and he used to live a block away and i cant see him any more i don''t know how to tell him i like him and he is like the perfect guy he is the kind of person who likes the kind of girls who don't take an hour in the bathroom before a party and i like that cuz i dont like spending a lot of time in the bathroom putting on make up i just go out as i am. any advice would be very helpful the only way i can talk to him is if he comes and visits his uncle who lives in his old house but i never know when he is going to be there thanks

My ex-girlfriend says our problems would have been not so difficult only if I had sex with her more often and (this is getting really explicit) if I had 'finished' inside of her. She says that she never felt a connection between us because we did not do that.

Here are some quick details ... we went from being great friends to an intimate relationship and within a couple of weeks of being that way we had sex.

We always used condoms for protection. I was being very careful - we both had not been STD tested (although I knew her well enough that I did not suspect anything). I also was a bit afraid of pregnancy.

We also had some social issues outside of intimacy that we could not resolve.

So for me I felt that after making long and sweet love with her and 'finishing' inside of her was so emotional to me that it was pointless to do that because we could not fix our 'social' problems. So we just made love and I would not finish inside of her.

We recently broke up...

I assume that it is possible to "try too hard" to meet someone. I think that is my problem. Whenever I do meet a new girl, I try too hard to get her to like me and we end up fighting somehow. And now I haven't been close to having a gf in over a year. Advice?

Seriously, what is with you ladies? i mean I know some of the nicer guys arent that assertive but there are alot of us who also know exactly what we want and are willing to go for it, and you whine about the jerks treating you so badly and you dont give us a chance at all. its mindboggling.

I just want to freaking understand why you say one thing and act in a totally different one.

This lad new how much i liked him and i wouldnt of cared if he hadnt liked me back at least i would know. However he decided to preted to like me and used me to get with him. My girlfriend and I just have too much pride. We never swallow it. If I don't call her, she doesn't call me. If she doesn't call me I don't call her. We hold back on saying what we really feel towards each other because we don't want to appear "needy". We don't want to show that we "need" each each other.

When I sign on the messenger I expect her to instant message me. I could go for hours waiting for her greeting. When she signs on she does the same thing, wait for my greeting. Sometimes we don't even greet one another.

And it's just getting old I'm getting tired of it. 1 year together. I just need a break for a day or 2 or 3.

Any advice on how to solve this issue?

Theres a pool party at this girls house on friday and the entire grade is going..including my crush, he knows i like him and he likes me too..he said he really likes us as friends and didnt wanna go out and get into fights..does that mean he doesnt wanna kiss or anything..? hes always flirting with me and i need to know how to like let him know i want him to kiss me..i really cant make like first moves but please give me like hints or ways to flirt with him..answers are rreallyy appreciated.

First of all I'm 25, so I'm not looking for high school type answers.

We've only been on a couple dates, but he seems to be moving fast. He is making it very obvious he thinks things are going great. He is an AMAZING guy, almost everything I would look for in my future husband. But it's just not meant to be. I am horrible at expressing myself and definately don't want to insult him or hurt his feelings. In the past I've had the habit of just avoiding the guy in similar situations, but this time I can't (mutual friends and I'll be seeing him around). Plus I know I need to actually face it.

We're going to lunch tomorrow. Should I talk to him then or give him a heads up BEFORE what he thinks would be a date ? And what is a good way of breaking it to him?

Ok, so this girl and I have gone on a couple of great dates. There is definitely a vibe there and I personally am feeling pretty good about having something special with her.

Still, we are taking it slow and just letting things happen as they happen. We talk at least every couple of days and things just seem to be going really well.

She is leaving for a three-week vacation with her family. I definitely do not want to bother her, or contact her too much while she is trying to enjoy herself, one, for the obvious reasons like respecting her space and letting her enjoy her trip, but two because we are still in the early stages of whatever this might be, and I don't want to come on too strong...etc.

So, what is the right amount of time between calls? Every few days? If I call her, wait for her to make the next call? What do you guys/gals think is the proper amount of time for a situation like this?

I always want a boyfriend, but mainly I think I'm after sex. When I think about having a boyfriend the only thing I'm really looking for is sex. I hate randomly hooking up (most of the time) because I often feel used. Am I ugly? Because guys never approach me to get to know what is on the inside. I am usually very nice to people unless they are not nice to me and can be on the shy side at first.
