The real smart thing is to make her do what you are doing. Neither smoking nor drinking will make you more "macho". On the contrary, if she is smart she will appreciate the strength of your will and don't let anyone tell otherwise.
An occasional drink just so as not to feel an alien I can understand but smoking once started is a habit you leave with much difficulty.
The choice is absolutely yours and so is your health too.

No you shouldn't, because first of all, it's very bad for your health. And that's something you shouldn't mess with. But another reason is, you can show her that there are other things besides smoking and drinking. You should also talk to her about cutting back, maybe just doing one, or cutting everything out. Think of some things that will keep you both busy, preferbly in a non-smoking place.

If you don't drink or smoke now...there is no reason in Hades you should start now. Especially not for a girl...how old are you?! Just curious. If she doesn't like you the way you are....you don't need her. Don't go threatening your health for some chick who may or may not like you. And anyway...you would be acting like someone you're not...when she finds out the real you ..the truth... what then?

If everyone jumps off a bridge would you? Don't drink and and Don't Smoke just to impress her, she's not worth it trust me. Learning from your own mistakes is good but learning from other peoples mistakes is better so you don't do the same thing. But if you do decide to drink, drink slowly and not too much.

Dude, um no! You should never do anything just because someone else is doing it. Trust me drinking and smoking is not all its cracked up to be. Way out the pros and cons....there will definitely be more cons trust. If in the end you decide to partake of such things it will be an independent choice.(mature move)

Absolutely not. Smoking is a bad habit with numerous, documented health risks. Drinking socially and responsibility can be fun, but abusing alcohol is definately not cool - there are many side effects - liver disease, DUI, etc.
You should not be lowering YOUR standards for someone you like - if anything, you should be encouraging her to live a more healthy lifestyle.

okay i agree with the other grl who answered your question, while most grls will agree u can tell if a guy likes you if he does stuff u like around u but its not so smrt when its dangerous, if u wanna have a beer next to her then be my guest but if u have too many you might just get drunk, pass out, choke on your own vomit...a large percentage of americans do and if u smoke you'll get hooked and get lung cancer and mouth cancer and mono, which is spreadable by kissing and she DEFINITELY will not like you if you give her mono, so ur best bet is to not do those things. hey i really liked this guy who is a total jock and i nvr participated in gym and he told his best friend i was hot so i say be yourself, trying too hard is kind of unattractive anyway.

sure, and then you can go to her house and she can dress you up like a baby in diapers along with her new puppy. Then you can play house all day long and speak baby words to her. That will show her how much you like her and you will compromise everything that defines you and in about a week, you can let her walk all over you as she dates this guy who drives a BMW. But remember, you only did this for her! It's not about you, never!
