Well okay, the guy and girl doesnt have to be dating. They can be going out as friends and all and is it only right that the guy offer to pay for dinner and movie and all when they are out?

I think that it is gentlemanly for the guy to do so. The girl can reject, but the guy should at least offer to do so. My male friend and I were having a discussion the other day and he said that this is a outdated thinking.. Well, how bout you?

i'm 18 and my guy is 28 this year. he's ten years older then me.
he's the sweetest and so understanding.not like what everyone thinks how normally older guys are...he never forces me or asks me to sleep with him.
he respects my privacy and only does naughty stuff if i want to.
up till now we've been together for almost 3 years and...we have not slept together.

and that he looks for a girl who he can rely on emotionally and is strong? Can a girl really prop a guy's emotions up without getting tired? I'm tired-working in a high stress job, suffer from insomnia, brother is heavily reliant on me to take care of him even though he is 24 (money wise especially), and grandma has bladder control problems. Somehow, I feel that I need someone stronger-who I can lean on and just rest. I don't want to have to worry about his insecurities and issues. I want someone to worry about me for a change. Am I being too hard on him? Ofcourse he's sweet and sensitive, but he's waffly and weak as well-and I feel the pressure of that-to be sensitive to him when all I want to do is take a break. Does it makes sense to turn blind eye to everything around me and just focus on being able to sleep each night?

My bf and i have a long distance relationship... so its not really every month we get to see together and have intimate moments, but in the months we do, next time my period comes its late, but in the months we dont see eachother my period is just on time! Do you really think it is possible to fall in love after meeting online. I met a girl online and we talk on phone at least a couple hours a day for past month. We met three months ago. I really feel that I have fallen in love with her. I have seen pictures and she is beautiful but I really like the fact that it's more of a true emotional/non-physical feeling since all we can do is talk for now. She is coming to see me in a little less thank 2 weeks! Every day feels like an eternity right now.

Do any of you REALLY and HONESTLY think you could kick a guy's a s s? Now, we're talkin about a normal guy that is in decent shape. I see alot of responses about how if their man "tried" to spank you with a hairbrush, or bbq spatula, you'd "ram it down his throat" or the like. I went out Friday night for a birthday party at a NYC club for a co-worker. All the guys from my job went ... 3 of them are married and I couldn't believe my eyes!! They were ALL over females at the club while their wives sat home with their kids. Why??? Why do men cheat??? I'm an intelligent and mature person. I don't often get girlie "crushes" or anything like that. Having said this I am attractive, confident, and picky and find myself intellectually and emotionally fascinated with one of my university tutors. I have not told him, as we continue to work together, but as I'm gradutaing in a few months time I do plan to either tell him via Email and/or ask him out. He is an intelligent, slightly reserved person do you think he will find this silly or inappropriate behaviour? And which method (confession/asking out) would most guys prefer? We've only been together for less than a month but yet i've fallen so deeply for him. Last night i was with him and things got so heated up between the two of us but i wasn't ready to give in to it just yet. He asked me what was wrong and i explained that i do no want to get hurt by involving my emotions and he understood, but 'til when.The chemistry between us is so strong and whenever we get close to each other we can't resist each other, it's the best feeling in the world. my boyfriend treats me like i have cheated on him a million times. i never have. but he is really jealous and controlling. he even tells me what family members to talk to. i am not ALLOWED to talk to any guys and if i do i am a whore. he has a really bad temper . but usually takes it out on someone else . Brothers , mother. he cusses alot and i find him lying to me. i feel so sad at times. he even tries to controll my thoughts he asks me who i am thinking about all the time and when i say no one he says youre lying . and if i get off the phone to do something and dont call back right away and tell him everything i did including bathing or so on i am accused of doing something wrong. he asks me all the time are you doing something wrong. its driving me crazy.
