Is it wrong for me to ask her out to get to know her more? Should I even bother since she works there and I might just end up making it uncomfortable for her?

You have more 'NO' answers than 'YES' . So I hope you listen to the word of the wise and not otherwise .
It is not cool to steal her away from another and if she goes out with you , would you really regard her as worthy of your attention. You sound like a nice guy . Suppress that urge to move in on another man . Just be friendly when you meet, talk to her when you can and she is not busy . Bide your time and promote yourself as a friend. That's all. She'll get the drift . If she and bf break up she will cry on your shoulder .
So, do yourself a favor and be a gentleman .

As a true gentleman, I do not believe it is in your best judgment to ask her out since she will feel awkward with you when you meet her the next time around. The best advice to give: you can always treat her as a good friend and in this way, you can never tell what may happen next especially if her relationship with her boyfriend falls apart. Just be there for her as a friend and everything will be fine.

You shouldn't ask her out. I'm not against stealing her from another just, I'm just saying that she will probably say no since she has another boyfriend--that is, unless you know she REALLY likes you.

I have an email from a dating guru that you would be able to use perfectly just about your question!

I'm going to send it to you

Good Luck

What don't you get about "SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND"???
No I don't think you should ask her out based on the simple fact she is already in a relationship.
Go find someone who is not involved with someone else.

be cool...

hOW MUCH OF A BOYFRIEND? cASUAL DATING OR BEEN TOGETHER FOR YEARS? Pretend like you dont know about him then do some probing. If she says no thank you, drop it and leave.

She is spoken for. Why would you have absolutely no regard for that? It's way selfish. And trashy.
