All right. We broke up because in SIX MONTHS I'm going to college. His idea. He doesn't want it to "hurt" when I go away in the fall, He still has feelings for me, though. And he's just real depressed about it, but whenever I talk to him he keeps on telling me its best for us to break up. I am not handling it very well because I have never loved someone so much. I still am very in love with him. I just want to spend as much time as I can with him before I go away.

I know there are a select few of you out there who will just tell me to forget about him and to move on but I would appreciate you don't answer in that way...

because my question is: what can I do to make him think otherwise? I have already tried explaining to him numerous times all the obvious answers out there, i.e., let's just let a good thing last, and i have even offered to still be in the relationship with him when i go away. hes just so afraid.

what can i do/say to make him come back to me?

According to a certain belief, if you blow yourself up in His name you will receive 72 virgens as a reward. Boy, I'd hate to see that guy's to-do list when he gets there. The average guy can't stand walking into a room with more than five females in
it yakking away without bracing himself first with a few shots of ol' Redeye. Why would he want 72 of them around all the time.

it all goes back a year ago when he held me one night till I fell asleep,he was so sweet,i was still upset at catching my x of a few years cheating(they r mutual friends)I have thought about him every day for the past year and here and there saw him at parties(we have mutual friends)I finally called him a month ago and told him he was eating me alive,he said it was mutual and he thinks im so beautiful and he had no idea i felt that way,but he started seeing someone a month ago and said its only fair he tells me,but he wished he knew I liked him,so i told him to tell me to let it go and he said he cant.I ran into him a couple weeks after that phone call and we were like magnets the whold night,we started kissing and could not stop until i realized he had a girlfriend and told him we had to stop.Again he said he wished he knew i liked him and told me he thinks im the cutest girl in the world,i told him we would be friends because im not'that girl',he again said he wished he knew.

ok i went wit dis boy @ my school and i loved him for a long time. people has been tellin me stuff about him to get us to break-up. so i was acting real insucure. then next thing i know he told me he didnt like me anymore. i love him so much all i do is think bout him. i wrote a note tellin him that and apoligizing. what should i do? what if he wont gimme another chance? pleaz help me.............

my boyfriend is going back to his country ( africa ) for a whole month. we have a great relationship. he works all the time but we find time to see eachother. we are good friends but in a way im excited that he is leaving. i need time for me and to work on myself. what could be wrong with this situation? i want to feel what it feels like to miss him. we have been together for a year and some months now.

we fight ..... a lot.... and i HATE fighting. i love him with all my heart and he loves me with all of his. i could never imagine my life without him ... he means to WORLD TO ME! we've been dating for 2 1/2 years.... i jusst want to stop arguing as much...

Well does that mean chances are they're not heterosexual?
Instead of a girl saying my boyfriend..or girl saying boyfriend...if a girl says my s/o or boy say that could that mean they mean a person of the same sex?

We been together 3 years, 2 years long distant relationship. Last July we bought a house together. The last few months have been tough, first time I have lived away from my mum, plus lost my Gran. Yesterday after we talked he said he gets depressed about the realtionship how often we have sex,1 a week(he work nights), how he does not show me enough attention. We went out for rugby & to a concert I bought tickets ages ago. We had a great night, he was touchy, told me he thought I was beautiful, grab my hand when crossing road. We went home spent the night avoid touching each other - this morning I could tell he was trying to touch me with heis foot. So he gave in started hugging me. We had great sex, jst like when we first met. Can anyone help? Same situation? Any comments would be great!

I'm in a sticky situation with a former male friend of mine. We were close friends b4, but we had joked about hooking up until I got upset with him since I ended up wanting to and felt like he was disrespecting me. I ended up calling him a dog since he has a gf/fiancee overseas and was talking to me about doing it. Anyway I ended up writing a letter to him apologizing to him and he told me I was too weird to be his friend since I gave him mixed signals. He emailed me telling me I needed therapy and that I should get a bf and some friends. When he emailed me this, I was hurt and had been ignoring him for a month, but I could tell he would look at me and try to make me jealous by talking to other girls. I think he realized he had hurt my feelings since I could tell he looked guilty sometimes. I went up to him and said hi and he said hi. He looked at me like he wanted to talk. I can tell he is uncomfortable and I don't want to bug him.
