On a day other than Valentine's Day, that is...I'm not very fond of Valentine's Day. I think it's pointless (although it's special) it's only one day a year to show love, it's not good enough, we should do so everyday. So, I don't want to show my affection today it's so cliché.

I met this guy, he's smart, funny and just a great person and I've never met guy like this. We share mostly the same mentality, and from what I picked up, there was an attraction, maybe not a extra strong physical one maybe just an average physical one but a great connection intellectually.

How do I show him I like him more without embarrassing myself and keeping a friend in him?

I've showed guys I like them before but this is just a different level I'm not used to! He's so worthwhile.

Okay so here it goes. I like this guy, his name is Devin. He works with me and I am crazy about him. He is soooo shy. He wont talk to me hardly at all. So one day i finally got up the nerve and asked him if he wanted to go get something to eat after work. He said he had to head home right after work because he had these assignments due. I asked if he was blowing me off and he said no he really did have to do these assignments. He said another day though. well i know, its only been three days but he hasnt said anything to me. and i my friend asked him if he liked me and he said i dont know yet, a little. and he was blushing, smiling, and looked away. Then yesterday he said hes afraid if he dates me that i will hear all the hell everyone gives him (because hes so shy) (and everyone makes fun of him at work)and if i hear it, i'll not like him and break up with him. It kinda sounds like an excuse but on the other hand he IS really really shy. So what do you think? I need so much help. Do i confront him again? Or leave him alone?

Ok we wen't to his parents house for the first time, and it was my first time meeting his little sister which is 9, and she wanted to chill with me and pant my nails and stuff like that so i hung out with her and a couple of her other friends in their bedroom while my boyfriend that i'm with all the time was in the living room with his parents. I thought he'd be glad i was chilling with his sister but he got mad. He said that i got mad when he wanted to play the game with my little brother but it's not like it was his first time meeting my brother plus he only had a few minutes to spend with me bacause he was about to go to work. He said that it's not fair that i can get mad at him but he can't get mad at me for doing the same thing but that's totally different. Was i wrong and why. Should i say sorry

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years now. We are both in school, I am about to graduate and he still has a few more years. We have talked about marriage quite a bit and he has told me that he wants to get married but he just can't afford a ring right now. I say that is fine, that until he can save up I will wait. However, he will spend money on himself with no problem. He has expensive hobbies and lately he has been rebuilding his bicycle and it is a little costly. I think it is sending a mixed signal when he tells me he has no money, yet spends hundreds of dollars on his toys. Should I be upset, or am I being too demanding?

I broke up with my girlfriend about two months ago... I told her during the breakup that I was pretty sure we would get back together. She cried uncontrolably and took it really hard. I was sure that we would get back together and our relationship would be stronger. Something went wrong, she started going out with one of her friends. I miss her so much... I just want to be with her, if we never even had sex again... just to be with her would make me happy. Thats how much I love this girl. We went out for a little over a year. I missed her so bad... over the last two days I've been telling her how much I miss and love her, asked her to break up with him and go back out with me.. she said this exactly... Josh I... I can't. You know that. Im with CJ now. I keep reminding her how much stuff I did for her, how happy we were. I just tired dating with someone with wrong men, especially drama and cheater. What should I do then? Every single man, he just take me to their apartment and do nothing with waste of time. Do you think is wrong idea?, when a person feel alone, he just want you to sleep over over the weekend. When I'm coming home, he call me 3x to spend time more at his apartment. My boyfriend and daughters father whom I live with, bought me nothing for valentines day. He still has not called and say happy valentine day or anything else for the matter.
