You guys are missing the essential....
tie up the lady in a spread-eagle position, so that all sensitive spots are easily accessible.
Next, before starting the tickling, *blindfold* your victim!
That is essential, she should not be able to see what is coming next and where.
As for tools: fingernails and feathers are classics. Various different sort of tissues, from smooth silk to rough sponge are great too. And icecubes, great for touching the skin directly and for those cold drops falling here and there on unsuspecting places.
Vary between light and heavy, rough and smooth. And talk to your victim. Describe what comes next and then do the opposite. Ask her what she is willing to do to make it stop. And when you're add it, ask her where she has put the jewels!

In my encounters, I restrain her with soft sports cuff restraints which are comfortable and do not cause any pain. She is restrained in a spread-eagle position (first on her back and alter on her stomach) and I tickle every inch of exposed skin with my fingers.
I start out gently dragging my fingers all over her ticklish body. A few gentle squeezes and some gentle "finger dances" will keep her laughing but the air breaks are given as needed.
Some of my other toys include soft paint brushes, Sonicare Electric Toothbrush, Fukouko Massage Gloves and Ostrich Feathers.
In my platonic encounters, I begin with gentle, playful tickling and build to playful tickle torture, keeping her feelings and desires at the forefront of the encounter. I respect her limits and I will not violate her trust. In erotic encounters, the ostrich feather is a wonderful way to bring the encounter to an erotic conclusion.
If I am lucky, she will restrain me and tickle me, too!

well having been tickled and not able to stop the other person i can tell you that it is a form of torture. sounds great but isnt .
tie up a cute girl aka you . sounds fun if thats what you want but i wouldnt just tickle you there would be alot more going on then that half of which involves my mouth.

First blindfold her and handcuff her hands behind a chair and her feet on a stool above the body. Then freeze the key in a giant ice cube and put it they hand. Using silk string always works for me and as they have the key they can stop the tickling after a long struggle. If they blackout, then put a ice cube and some chilli sauce in their mouth and they always come round. As for clothing often a tankini works best.

Well, Jane, If it was you and you really wanted to be tickled then I would first use a feather and given that you had dispatched with such things as clothing I would start at your toes and slowly wander up your body until I finally arrived at your forehead. Given that your reactions were encouraging, I might follow up the feather with my lips and tongue.
