I make eye contacts with them and smile. They expect me to go towards them and talk. But I don't do that. Next thing I know they are mad. When will they understand that I like teasing girls.

No girl likes being teased!!!! Girls think you are flirtin gwith them by doing that! They think you are going to take it farther, and when you don't...it is making them dissopointed! They get all happy that someone is flirting with them....and when they realize that you are just teasing, they get all mad. Doesn't that make sense?!??!

well not all girls know right away that you like to tease them.....so maybe you should get to know them and then mess with them. come on man thats why they get so mad at you.
