There is this chick that i used to work with when i was doing another job at the place i work at, I pretty much fell for her right of the bat, she seemed to also, I' d ask her or sh'ed ask me and we'd take our breaks together and all that
Well after like three weeks i was about to like ask her out and she comes out with "well i met this guy at my apartments last week and he asked my for my # but he hasn't called me, What's wrong with him, tell me your a guy??
I said "completely stunned" Well I Don't know, Like an hour later she's all "why aren't you talking, and i'm like Oh nothing, Then i said, Did i say something you didn't like. Ok, my ex, I have been ignoring him for weeks. Then yesterday he im's me. He goes I'm sorry, please forgive me for being mean. I was like w/e I don't want to fight with you any longer. So he's like how ya been, I was like good, I have a new bf. He flipped. Oh, I see, that's what the nut kept saying. He broke it off with me, and now acts weird. He goes I had the strongest feelings for you, but I'm like why the hell did you do it. I did nothing wrong, I was commited, andd everything. Then he gets all mad and stuff and I just left. Why does he do this, and say the things he does? Does he not want me to be happy?

a friend of mine who ha moved from a previous town some years back has this tendency to act "the man-slut". well fair enough, he is entitled to.

now this guy literally has everything you could want and sure enough he entered into a serious relationship for the first time and me and my friending were rooting for him.

however, now he wants to break it off with her now and it's pissing me off because he has a good thing going and he shouldn't be wasting it.

how do i knock some sense into the guy?? (not in the rocky balboa kind of way) he wants to go off with the sluttiest girl and you know the two of them wouldn't last a week.

Right, you have been wih a girl for a while, she was sleeping guy who she had known for six or seven years. Before she met me, she asked him to leave his girlfriend for her, and he said he will one day. She left him at that and stoped sleeping with him but remained in contact with him as friends, and then we met. Whilst being with me she never cheatd on me but always wondered what could of happened with him. We have since split, now she says she is unsure who she wants. She says she dont fancy him like she does me but has the unanswered question of ~What If with this guy? She asked him again if he would split and he said one day, but he don want to hurt anyone. She is still undecided who really in her heart she wants to be with. I think I love the girl for all she has done. Do I wait for the judgement or tell her to get lost?

Will I lose my boyfriend to his former crush?
My boyfriend used to work with a girl that he had a crush on. Now years later he called her miles away to work on an internet project together. They will be talking every week trying to get it up and running. She is very far away and has a boyfriend. This seems like it could be a project that could lasts for years as it is website and it is something they both love working on. Other people are involved in this project too but I am worried they might start getting close as him and her will be the main ones in charge. They have things in common where this work is concerned and also like talking about the same things
What do you think? What should I look out for, could a relationship develop between them?

My girlfriend always asks me if I love her (as they do :p) and I answer with a "yes, i love you" and she asks me "do you promise?", to which I answer, "the question doesn't make as 'to promise' is something you 'will do' in the future but I already do!"
She disagrees and believes that "to promise" can also be used as confirmation of something.

Who is right?

P.s. I'm on the sofa til this question is answered.
