there is this girl i have been talking to and she shows all the signs that she likes me but her friends keep influencing her not to when she clearly does.how do i get her to like me and how do i tell her i like her and ask her if she likes me??

Ask yourself why and you got your answer.
If you do not want to answer that just walk up to her and ask her out. When you are away from her friends ask her what they were saying about you and answer T/F

Find a situation when she is with her friends. You being completely in control and relaxed , go to them and say to all (friends) , "Look, I know all of you are jealous of your friend and keep influencing her against me. whatever,,, its time 'she' decides something on her own..." ,,, now, look at your girl, pause, and, slowly but firmly hold her hand : " I want to talk to you , will you pls come? " ,,,,,,, ya, man, take her away infront of those other 'invlolved' ones.....

Why are her freinds telling her not to go out with you? you have a reputation or something?
You can't MAKE anyone like another person. But I would simply ask her out and let her know that you know her freinds are looking out for her, but you wish she would decide for herself and give you a chance. It's that simple.
