As if every nerve ending in my body is alive and every hair on my body is standing up. My heart goes a little quickly and my legs feel as if they are made of water. My stomach feel empty and my mouth feels dry. I sound like a person with a neurotic problem don't I,.....hahahahaha but this was my experience for my first ever college exam (math, which i hate)...then again this came back for my university exam...and then when I began my career, my first presentation..I am wondering if I am avoiding a relationship because of the first kiss or something....thanks for asking the question, I think I will go look for a date to try the experiment.

To me, it's a feeling of paranoid, or maybe panic, not knowing the outcome of something. Now there's the caffeine type of nervous that makes me shake a lot until the rush goes away. I hate it!
My husband said, it's like being restless and pacing the floor.
Sometimes, I get told to take that CHILL PILL.
You'll be fine, okay?

a rapid fix is deep breathing if you have no time to escape for meditation, like sitting in office when **** hits the fan. just leave everything for a few minutes. close your eyes and do deep breathing. its yoga exercise and it is really effective to calm u down.
