he is right here.....no serious just look around you got a close guy friend that you like, its better to make friends before you start dating it makes a couple last a lot longer that way

You meet the right guy by being in the right place at the right time. I've always been a firm believer that the person you are meant to be with should be someone with whom you share interests and common goals. If you are on your path to experience your interests and pursue your goals, chances are, you're going to run across other people with similar interests and goals -- these are the people that you are going to be the most compatible with.
So, if you like art, hang out in art museums -- you'll probably meet other people there that enjoy art as well. If you like music, hang out at concerts and music stores -- you'll meet people with that common interest. Figure out what is important to you, and pursue your goals and participate in activities that help you meet others with those same interests and goals. Don't try to be someone you aren't, or you'll only find people that aren't right for you. Good luck!
