I have been talking to this guy for a long time and not only is he my first love but he is my best friend and his birthday is coming up any idea what I should get him? He will be 19 years old.

I'd Depending on how close you are to him. The Best bet that no guy would ever refuse is a ********, Nothing like a Birthday-BJ.
Of course any other item you wish to get is up to you. You know him better then us.

get him a build a bear or wacky bear because he will always rember you every time he sees you or get him a movie so you can watch it together! Good Luck! =)
