It’s just I am waiting for the right person to come along. The only thing wrong with this is that it means I will be single longer and very lonely. So am I doing the right thing in waiting for the right person to come along? Sometimes I wonder if there is a right person for me. Do you think there is a right person for everybody?

What will hurt an ex more..?

My ex dumped me months ago, i told her not to contact me abou 3 months ago, BUT i still get the odd txt, i had a x-mas card off her.. What will hurt her more ignoring them, or jus telling her straight to stop contacting me..! Again...!!

We went out over the weekend with friends and he was rude and critical to me for basically the entire night. He'd say things which would embarrass me until i got pissed off and avoided him for the entire night. At the end of th night he comes to tell me bye, almost as if unaware of how much he hurt me, but I ignored him. he didn't call or anything for a day... i sent him a text calling him a jerk for the way he behaved and he responded saying 'ok that's fine i understand.' No apology. No let's talk. No anything.
I know in relationships we are supposed to resolve things but even though this has been the first time he's done anything remotely as awful as what he did, i really am not inclined to be the one to initiate a resolution. Am I wrong?

Ok here's the deal. My ex girlfriend tried to fight me at work the other day(we work together) because she wanted to argue and I don't care for her enough to satisfy that. Now here's the story. 4 months ago I left to go to college and she cheated on me and left me for the guy when I came home to visit a month later. It didn't hurt at all really. I wasn't in love with her but I was trying to be. But I digress. Anyway it's four months later and she wants me back. She hates me because I don't speak or anything. I don't see a reason to actually. She knows she was wrong and that's all the explanation I need. I don't care for this girl at all but she keeps trying to fight me. I know she misses me but I don't want to deal with her crazy ***. Please tell me why she would be this way and what I can do to make her leave me the hell alone. Thanks for your time have an nice day.

I'm curious on what love feels like. I'm 21 and thought I was in love before, but i am pretty sure it was just comfort. Although I tend to have feelings for guys, strong feelings. But I don't think I'm falling in love with them....Can anyone describe as best to their knowledge on what love feels like...when you first feel it.

I've started a self-help journey to help improve my attraction skills. My question relates to eye contact and smiling.

For some reason, if I look at a girl and she looks at me, its like I can't tell if she's looking directly at me and so I don't smile.

If I look at a girl and she doesn't notice, what should I do? Should I just hold my look until she realises then smile (this would be kind of creepy I would think), or if I have a chance, how should I get her attention?

Hi. I am a 19 year old college student and have been talking to this girl for about a whole semester now. She is 21 years old and also goes to the same school as me. We've become very good friends and are always around each other. We've gone out together many times and all the time and she knows and enjoys all of my friends. The thing is that I would like to start a romantic relationship with her but everytime I try it goes nowhere. She has alot of guy friends but from my experience she spends most of her time with me. I've asked her a couple of times to start something, but it ends with a quick "no" and then we act normal again. I know she doesnt hate me because we are still always around each other but everytime I try to start something romantically it doesnt go through. What should I do next to get her? What am I doing wrong? Would it be wierd to ask her on an official date even though we've gone out together all the time?

I really love my mum and my bf alot. They are both equal to me and i don't want to choose one of them. My mum didnt like my bf because he is not frm UK and think hes not a good person for me. she don't want to know about him and don't want meet him at all, not even once. Met a man 6 weeks ago, he was going on holiday over xmas &said he wld call after the hols, but it was the xmas period so i was unsure if he meant his holidays or xmas & new year. Anyway he did not call at all so i texted him saying hi a few days ago and he responded saying he lost my number, was really pleased i texted, idle chit chat re going back to work and his hols and that no doubt we wld meet up soon &signed it with a kiss. He did not however ask me out.

1) was that a polite brush off
2) is he just busy and will likely call in a week or 2 with a date

shld i just get the fact he is just not that interested or is it possible he is just really shy & keeping things light.

any suggestions - shld i answer his txt or leave it?

i havent been obsessive or pining for him or checking my phone, but he was a sweet nice gentleman and i wld at like to be at least friends and see if something develops no pressure but not sure how to instigate that? any suggestions??

I Got a "wrong number" call from a guy.... and we started talkin and ened up talkin the whole night trough.. then we met up the next day and it turned out we like each other... we kissed... he lives 2 hours drivinf from where i live and says he wants to come everyday but i dont want him2 do that just to see me cz i'd feel guilty then... the day we met.... later on he said he loves me... and untill now (its been 4 days) he still says he loves me... can this be real ????
