if a girl that you're having casual sex with on occasion, tells you that she really likes you...would it scare you off, would you see it as an opportunity to use her for more sex or would you just not care at all?

It appears to me you two are on different wavelengths. It may be casual sex for you it is not for her. Hence her saying "that she really likes you."
You need to stand back and work out your feelings here as to what they are for this girl. If they are simply for sex, break off with her as she is obviously hoping for more. If you choose to go along with it for "more sex" you are abusing her as you only see her as an object for you to do as you want with her. And this makes you a not nice, shallow, self indulgent male. With no feelings or caring for her at all? If you do not care about another person's feelings then you need to take a long hard look at yourself and ask if this is who you want to be.
This girl has told you she really likes you, she deserves better than what you have suggested in your question.
Time to grow up me thinks!

grow up SEX IS FOR MAKING BABIES!!!!!!!! if you dont like her enough to date hr what sense does it mak to like her enough to make a baby with her? before you ever have sex again please think first "would i want this chic to raise my son or daughter?" most babies are not planed if you dont want any kids and you just want to have sex and no babis you need to get a little snip snip so then you can have all the sex in the world and not worry about babies!!! because casual sex is still sex and thats how BABIES are made! so grow up

been there. i dated the girl exclusively for a bit-but eventually we just drifted apart....
doesn't help that i moved to another country. but she really never kept in contact either (even when i wrote her emails) so really i guess it should have stayed casual. maybe we'd still be friends to this day.

ok, i'm a gurl but this seems lyke somethin u should ask a gurl more then a guy. n/o but when u use her for sex, she thinks you lyke her in the way she lykes u, so when u have sex wif her, its lyke saying to her 'i luv u enough to have sex wif u~' so if u don't cut off wif her and start new with someone u LYKE for a change.

It means that maybe you should try to clear it up with her, because you dont want to mis-lead her. Other wise, you will get plenty of drama from her in the future... If you were to even get her prego man you are in trouble... watch yourself...
