If you are certain he is interested in dating you then simply mention, the first chance you have, that you are already dating someone. Perhaps he will be willing to be friends instead.

JUST SAY I HAVE TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, I DO HAVE A BOYFRIEND AND I REALLY CARE FOR HIM A LOT, AND I AM STAYING WITH HIM ONLY.
