I've been seeing this girl since the summer and we knew who eachother was a long time ago but never got to know eachother till now. I could really see myself with her. This isn't my first serious relationship I'm not just having delusions of grandeur but I want to be realistic. I was also her first too (which can be good and bad for the long term(bad cause she'd wanna try other guys maybe??? Last GF did)) How many people marrysomeone they dated since college?

Details: No big breakup, just liked someone alittle too much who didn't feel the same about me and went through something else but... I'm ready now...I think. When in the past I've been out on a date...I think I drive the man a little crazy. I dont mean too, honest. sex is something really sacred to me and yes I have had one yes only one one night stand. I think sex is so special that it shouldn't just be given to anyone. I feel guilty for giving it to someone I didn't know and to this day I don't understand why it happened or why i allowed it to happen. This might sound crazy but I have never understood how people can just F*** each other without anything special being there. I haven't had alot of partners in my life but Im so okay with that because I have morals and I can wake up in the morning and know Im a good person. Ok im 21 and have been friends with this guy who is 23. He is very good looking very deep and definitely the strong silent type. I have known him for 2 years now and I recently broke up with my boy friend I had been seeing for 3 years. Well now that im out of the relationship my friends have been making fun of me for showing all the sings of love for this other guy. And for the first time in 2 years im admitting Im completely in love with him, so much in fact, it hurts. I have never felt like this before. So here comes the problem. I talk to him alone about it and he said he didn’t want to start anything, he is in the navy seals and according to him he doesn’t want a girl friend b/c he is afraid of how the relationship will go being that he is gone up to 6 months out of the year and never knows if he will ever come back. (Kind of depressing I know) The conversation ended with that. How do I tell him I im in love with him and that im willing to take my chances!!

PS I have been told threw his and my friends over and over again that he does like me so I think he would be willing to do this if he knew how I feel. Should I try again? O and he is going to be out of the navy in 2 years.

ok, so i broke up with my b/f -- well he broke up with me a day before Christmas, out of nowhere. i was with this guy for almost 3 yrs ,was an incredible relastionship for me with the usual fights.i got hurt b4 so i coudnt trust him very well which led to me accusing him an a myriad of other arguments all the time.he recently broke up with me about a couple mths now he had various reasons the main one being that he felt ''tied down'' and didnt want to deal with it anymore he sounded fed up.since then i tried a lot to get him back even though i was wrong in most ways he had his ways as well cussing and making me an emotional wreck.i have tried to stop calling him i cant stop myself what do i do help?! i want to be with him so badly i really do love him since we broke up we talk everyday (i call) he or i isnt with anyone else he tells me he loves me all the time an we met a few times recently an he moved like it yet he says he dosnt want to be in a relationship.i dont know how to let him go.i want him back.i am an emotional wreck help!
