to me it sounded like an invitation for sex !

What are you trying to say? Black women aren't normal? Ok, we all know white people commit suicide more then others and kill their wife and kids!! and who do you see on Girls Gone Wild? It sure isn't black women now is it? So who's normal again?Well i wasn't going to answer your highly uneducated question, but i had to set your ignorant mind thinking straight. I am a black women who is highly educated and doesn't speak ghetto language (as you would put it), so i took that to great offensive when you made that stereo- type. Second, all races can talk ghetto. That means white, Asian, Latinos, mexcians,indians,hispanics,e.t.c, can speak and act ghetto for you to put black women in the category as saying that all black women speak this way is ridiculous. White women wear hair weave all the time and all other races(your to much of a fool to realize that). It's very sad how racism still is going on till today and how so many ignorant and arrogant people like you have the nerve to think the way you do and say some of the stupidest things. If we women made our speaking technique that of one in which men could understand all the time then we would have no girly secrets between us..Men have their thing with a nod here or a hand signal there,so they can let their buds know something without the female knowing it first & well we women have to also have our way of talking to each other and leaving the man clueless like he has been for many many years already.
And please define the word 'Normal' for yourself..You will see that normal is actually anything and everything that a person does as long as they are ok with it and have willing classified it as being Normal..If anyone thinks otherwise then that is nothing more than a personal issue they need to overcome instead of seeing themself as a perfectionist.

When I say I'm sleepy, I usually am. I'm not quite sure what all that meant before your question, but I'm sure you are ok with that.

When I'm in the mood, I make really sure I let my husband know about it, ie, getting in bed early and telling him I'm cold (because I have no clothes on.) Communicate with your partner about what types of things are indicators for you.

Hint, hint,....they are not the same for all people, so communicate in some common language that both of you understand.

haha that's funny. you're overanalyzing what your gf is saying. i'm sure you know the key to any relationship is communication....so when you're unsure of what she means then ask her! sometimes i'm not sure what my boyfriend means, and we're both white as vanilla. He might say "I'm tired, let's go to bed," and i'll usually ask, "HOW tired are you?" and you can imagine his usual answer. ("i'm never too tired for you!")
Women don't speak in codes. just ask when you're unsure.
