Ok im 21 and have been friends with this guy who is 23. He is very good looking very deep and definitely the strong silent type. I have known him for 2 years now and I recently broke up with my boy friend I had been seeing for 3 years. Well now that im out of the relationship my friends have been making fun of me for showing all the sings of love for this other guy. And for the first time in 2 years im admitting Im completely in love with him, so much in fact, it hurts. I have never felt like this before. So here comes the problem. I talk to him alone about it and he said he didn’t want to start anything, he is in the navy seals and according to him he doesn’t want a girl friend b/c he is afraid of how the relationship will go being that he is gone up to 6 months out of the year and never knows if he will ever come back. (Kind of depressing I know) The conversation ended with that. How do I tell him I im in love with him and that im willing to take my chances!!

PS I have been told threw his and my friends over and over again that he does like me so I think he would be willing to do this if he knew how I feel. Should I try again? O and he is going to be out of the navy in 2 years.

I know a navy seal, they are some seriously bad *** duds. But id say to sit him down again, really tell him how you feel. Try a letter some times there easier to get your point across.

Your mutual friends don't want you to take the risk you are willing to do. That's why they are saying what they are saying. I think you should tell hm how you feel and that you would make any sacrifice to prove your love for him. No, he cannot ask you to do it, but your love for him is such that you are compelled. Ask him not to break your heart.

Okay first before commiting to a relationship learn the vast difference between the words "threw and through". Second of all just talk to him and tell him you like him and see what happens from there...but really...that threw/through...work on it.

sleep with them, ummm ok not, he's not worth ur time he probably has a huge ego and isn't deserving of the love you have to give. Really let some other broad have him and I cant wait to have the last laugh! Karma

Write him a letter letting him know that you don't mind his occupation, and how you feel. Someone like him will appreciate it because then he has time to think about the subject before replying.
